I sadly do not have any photos to share, or stories to tell. I was never lucky enough to teach with you and our paths did not cross very often. But I always admired your innate ability for teaching color guard--it came so natural to you. I could tell that this is where you were meant to be, what you were meant to do with your life; that you had found your way in this world.
I never got to thank you for the lovely conversation we had at Emma's wedding, when my social anxiety was sky high and I felt incredibly awkward around everyone. You were so easy to talk to and I had such a great time getting to know you better. I never got to tell you that you inspired me to go back to school and find my own way in this world, and I am grateful for that. You left an indelible mark in the color guard world, and the activity is better for it.
You are an amazing person and will be missed by so many people, including me.
