Becca Speer Rinda

I marched with Michelle in FOV 1994 and 1995. We taught FOV

together in 2015. I will always remember her bright eyes, infectious smile, and joyful heart. We used to tease her about her perfection.

At the end of a 12 hour day, we would all look retched....but Michelle looked fresh and gorgeous.
