Jon, Michelle, Charlotte, James and Olivia Bilby

After DCI in August we headed South through the Smokie Mountains experiencing some of the most incredible scenery I have ever seen. This was the America I wanted to show my gorgeous young family...Beautiful beyond imagination.

But really we were travelling towards the very best that America has to offer the World. We navigated Indiana,

Kentucky, Tennessee and into the heartland of Georgia to the loving home of Jeff and Michelle. I have known both since the summer of 1996. They are simply incredible people - to those that have not been lucky enough to know them, imagine perfection in human form ....and then multiply by a thousand.

We spent 3 wonderful days with them. Michelle was poorly but she made sure the kids enjoyed themselves. One morning she took them to the back fence of their garden with grapes and feed for the wild deer to come out of the woods. Charlotte, James & Olivia fell in love with Michelle in just the same way as all that have ever met her. My Michelle and I are distraught at this week's news but so glad that our kids will grow up knowing they met the most perfect lady and role model to grace our fragile planet.

We promise to teach our Kids to radiate kindness in the same way. xxx
